Easy Banana Coconut Oatmeal Cookies

The name is a long one, but these cookies are so simple and delicious! The reason for my inspiration is my little sister, she's in a low-fat diet for medical reasons. So these are naturally sweet, low-fat and even vegan!

Overall, these cookies are easy and quick to make.

Ingredients

3 large bananas
1 cup of oats
3/4 cup of coconut
1/4 chocolate chips

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 F and line cookie sheets with parchment paper.

Mash the bananas in a bowl.

Mix in the oats, coconut and chocolate chips.

Scoop cookie dough with a tablespoon and place in a cookie sheet.

Bake for 15 minutes (but, if you want them crispier, continue to bake for 3 more mins. or until your liking).


Yield: 28 cookies // Fat: 1.4g
