Prune Puree

Prunes are not only high in fiber and nutrients but, they are also an excellent fat substitute for a variety of baked goods.

Try it with Mocha Oatmeal Cookies .

Prune Puree:

1/2 cup of pitted, dry prunes (plums)
1 cup of water

Instructions

Blend prunes and water in a blender in high speed until smooth.

Use right away, if not, store in a container for up to 3 weeks or freeze for a couple months.
